One class/gym session per member.  Please be aware that this is valid from point of purchase and you have 7 days to use your trial.

Due to unmanned gym hours and health and safety trials cannot be booked the following times: 

1pm-5pm & 8pm onwards Mon - Thurs

2pm onwards Friday

12 pm onwards Sat & Sun

Once you have become a member gym hours are not restricted.
